Service delivery

Elevare Research & Deployment Lab sells software services that are used online. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

When you get access

Access is given on the account you buy for as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. We send a confirmation and an invoice to your email.

For services that need setup with your organization, such as onboarding or integration with your systems, we agree a start date with you in your order and begin within 7 business days of payment.

If access does not arrive

If you have paid and cannot use what you bought within 24 hours, write to [contact email] with your transaction ID. If we cannot give you access, we refund you in full, as our Cancellation and refunds policy (elevare.in/legal/refunds) sets out.

The Services are available online, wherever the law allows us to offer them.
