Acceptable use policy

This policy is part of our Terms of service (elevare.in/legal/terms). It applies to everyone who uses our Services, and to the AI that acts in them on your behalf.

Do not use the Services to

• Break any law, or help someone else break it.
• Harm, harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone, or deceive people into thinking they are dealing with a person when they are dealing with AI where that matters to them.
• Make or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violence, or that Indian law prohibits.
• Collect, process or share personal data without a lawful basis, or to track or profile people without their knowledge.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as hiring, credit, housing or access to services, without meaningful human review.
• Create malware, or plan or carry out attacks on any system.
• Develop weapons capable of mass harm.

Do not misuse the Services themselves

• Do not try to get around security, usage limits or safety measures, or reach data that is not yours.
• Do not overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it.
• Do not scrape the Services or use them to build a competing product.
• Do not resell or share access unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Rules of AI model providers

Our Services rely on AI model providers whose usage policies also apply to what you do through us. Content they prohibit is prohibited here.

Reporting misuse

If you see the Services being misused, or find a security weakness, write to [contact email]. We investigate every report.

What we may do

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.
